Delivery information
- Processing time:
We need about 1-4 days to pack and ship each order. Usually it is shipped the next business day. - Stock: We have most of our products in our home. Swedish warehouseWe first test some new products where we have our inventory with a third-party supplier.
- Free shipping: We always offer Economy Shipping free of charge, where the choice is ours whether we ship your products from our third-party warehouse or our Swedish warehouse.
- Delivery time: Orders with Express Shipping are always shipped from our Swedish warehouse and arrive within 1-3 days after we ship them. Orders with Economy Shipping arrives on average within 10 days, but it can take up to 15 days for certain deliveries.
- Right of withdrawal: You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. This is counted from the day you receive your order.
- Open purchase: To ensure you can shop safely, we apply 30-day open purchase. Any returns must be sent to our Swedish warehouse. You order return shipping by replying to your order confirmation.
- Complaints: In the unlikely event that something breaks, you have a warranty under the Consumer Purchase Act. We want you to feel satisfied, so contact us immediately if you experience any problems and we will do our utmost to fix or replace your purchase!
